Many people think that to win in Valorant you need to have really good aim, game sense and complete hardwork. However the success formula in Valorant is just not to trash talk. Evidence is given below :
EU fans and pros trash talk NA before Masters Reykjavik. Result : An NA team wins masters and a team with a substitute crushes your favourite for the tourney.
ScreaM : "Sentinels is predictable" Result : Sentinels win masters 2 without dropping a single map.
Sentinels fans and Sentinels' pros trash talk EU and talk about the Sentinels 'ERA' before Masters Berlin. They also claim that they are the best team in NA and no team is close to them. Also trash talked G2 in the name of banter. Result : Get crushed by G2 in a so called "Seeding Game" and get your a**es kicked by Envy in the Qfs. Yes, the era ended even before it began.
Starxo trash talks NA during their QFs matchup against 100T. Result : Lose a 12-7 lead and throw the series against 100T.
Envy calls themselves the Best in NA before Champs. Result : Get eliminated in groups by a SEA team whose best player wasn't playing Valorant for the last 5 months.
Kolda and Keloqz call themselves the Best before LCQ. Result : Get owned by so called "pay check stealers",Guild.
Zombs trash talks South America before their KRU matchup. Result : Get owned by KRU.
Brazil fans trash talk EU after VK vs Ace. Result : An exploit screws you over and gets you eliminated after being hyped as the best BR team.
End Result : Trash talk gets you nowhere. All it gets you is Ls and negative impressions from people who cannot understand Banter.
Moral : Never trash talk anyone( Unless you are G2 or G2 Carlos. They're the people who do it best).
Edit : The aim of this post is not to prove trash talk is bad or it should not be done. It is just a sarcastic post to justify evidences that people who trash talk for banter or not just get kicked in the back. So if you're team wants to win just hope your team doesn't trash talk.
