All of a sudden crashies and verno ever since they left NRG/FNS system. They are doing well and will probably make it to Toronto or at least playoffs compared to NRG.
Same goes for Demon1, whose gonna play NRG in 2 days. I believe LEV will stomp NRG denying them playoffs.

What does that even mean cursed org? The management system isn't bad on NRG. It comes down to the entire man running the scene at NRG which is FNS. Keep in mind Bonkar was the head coach and he probably wanted FNS benched/removed but ethan and s0m protested probably saying if FNS isn't play they won't either. So the ORG had to make a choice either keep Verno/Bonkar but lose 3 players which would add more work for them to find 3 more.
So if anyone is to blame it would be FNS.
You didn't really answer his point, both Demon1 and Crashies played poorly in NRG last year, when FNS wasn't on the team. I would agree with the thoughts that FNS is not mechanically good enough to be a pro player, but those two players being better this year than last can't be tied to FNS, but can be tied to NRG as an org.
I think the team culture that FNS left NRG with stayed in 2024- Which was kinda confirmed by FNS when he watched the com videos on streams, anyway according to most of the players who've left that team they all mention how much happier they feel with other players and team system so honestly..

And Demon1 didn't even played with FNS, NRG 2024 was a failed super team, this same super team that FNS only got there when D1 left, plus, he still trash on both teams.
I don't belive FNS is a saint or smth, but this example to try explain "he is the problem" doesn't make any sense.
All I see is bunch of excuses, NRG itself has good ass players before the changes. Ethan (world champ), FNS (suppose to be the best IGL in NA history), s0m (consistent player in entire NRG's history), Mada (shows potential but gets held back cause of his shit igl), Verno (golden boy). So comparing MIBR and Fnc roster talent to NRG is irrelevant as both teams have world class talent/stacked on their teams. It comes down to IGL in both of these teams and FNS is the biggest fraud of them all. Boaster and Art are doing stellar job of managing their system.
When it comes to FNS not being on NRG 2024 and players like crashies and demon1 not performing. That has nothing to do with FNS's system as he wasn't there so I don't even know why are you mentioning this. As I am talking about FNS being the problem here not crashies/demon1.
The reason he's the problem is because he talks too much and can't back it up. That shows what kind of system he probably has on his team, where anything he says is the truth while undermining other players opinions and ideas on how to play rounds.
I think what he is saying is that when FNS had a stacked lineup that he put together, he failed to be able to do anything with them. Then when they picked up cracked t2 players, he still lacked to do anything with that lineup. His kd always had been consistently bad with rare performances, ever since his return from his competitive break his igling has been subpar

FNS, right now, is shit. he's shit in stage 1, and he was shit in kickoff. he couldn't adapt to tejo meta, so now both his fragging and calling is off.
however, in 2024, FNS did okay. not well, but with the limited time he had, he transformed a completely lost NRG to a team that had some really good calls and rounds. did 12-5 happen? sure, but every player on the team and the coach and the fucking management can be blamed for that. and in the off season, FNS was actually good as fuck. the calls were strong, the team was strong, and fns was even hitting some clips - not fluke ass spraydowns but clean ghost and vandal 1taps for 3ks and 4ks.
and in no way can crashies, verno, and fucking demon1's bad performances be attributed to FNS. crashies and demon1 had shit games when FNS was at home glazing PRX. and i even fuckin see people saying FNS created a bad culture at NRG. how the fuck? y'all realize how dumb you sound? FNS never fucking played with demon1 bro, what is this dumbass logic. the early 2024 NRG crashed and burned because marved was a dumbass and demon1 had personal problems. it had nothing to fucking do with FNS.
and then i see people saying FNS couldn't do anything when he had the opportunity to make a stacked lineup, and i give you 2021-2022 optic gaming. he built that team and that team was a top 3 team of all time in terms of performance and accomplishments full stop.
so has fns been shit for like 4 months? yes. can NRG's recent shitty performance be attributed in many ways to him? also yes. but don't fucking go and say he was bad 2021-24, because until tejo he was still a top igl.
