Isn't that other way around? I am in low elo with bad aim. I can get more kills usually with phantom than vandal.

if u have high headshot accuracy vandal is better
Vandal > phantom for me phantom's better for spray transfers and close range duels though
depends on what maps or playstyle im gonna play.
