They got zander because he was the most clutch and consistent smokes player not only in NA but in ascension, pretty sure you're the one who doesn't watch the games because the TSM players + glyph are cracked asf.

Two strong voices (zander and boostio) can't be in the same team. Maybe it's a shit, but i would rebuild 100t around zander.
Zander, cryo, eeiu are core. Add two young prospects from challenger like canezerra (sadly he's 16)/sato and alvinboy from burgerboyz

Ya let's make the already struggling and low confidence Zander be the primary IGL (which he's never done at a T1 level) and drop Asuna who actually makes the comps work because Cryo's agent pool is complete ass and other role conflicts.
