About removing BR slots

Guys, I was reflecting on the situation and really Brazil had terrible performances throughout 2021 without even having managed to get out of the group stage, but with all the massive investment that the scene is receiving now for 2022 I find it extremely difficult for Riot remove at least one of the slots. Do you think BR will lose spots with Mibr, NIP, Godsent, Loud, and possibly Dignitas entering the market? The region already has Furia, Sharks, Havan Liberty, Stars Horizon, Vivo Keyd, which are tier 1 organizations and will inject even more money after they learned that each team participating in the Champions received at least 500K USD.

i think Kun Aguero already leaked that BR is getting one slot less next year

I'd be in favor of removing one since the region was only able to get I believe one series win in all 3 international lans, but then again, I'm a fan of JP val.

They should create a server where latam and br could compete with the same ping like when can choose if u want to play on Hong Kong , Tokyo or Singapure. And then combine both cuz only Kru and Australs could beat br teams (6 karma and infinite are kinda good too they can surprise) + its going to get more competitive.

They should create Buenos Aires server, or mix the regions and put the South America finals as LAN in Sao Paulo as was the LCQ and as it happens in EMEA

They should create a server in Brasília which even North-NorthEast people can play with decent ping. IMO Valorant BR is only about South, NorthEast players get 60-100ping against 5-10ping from South.

Everyone always forgets poor 9z because they’re third best in LAS, they’re not much worse than Australs tbh

i think the roster changes were actually bad for the team, now even VELOX or META are arguably better than 9z, but yes, if 9z had entered the LATAM LCQ instead of any of the LAN teams, they would have done better

I'm in favor in every region with one slot at minimum and that includes South Asia, Oceania and every other region. This prize distribution + skin money will grow every region. Besides that the region with best perfomance will have another slot. *excluding EMEA in this theory because they are a region that includes 3/4 regions. We need a champions with more than 16 teams tho

I think so, playing only a single game and getting fucked during group stage is shit decision tbh
Group stages should have MORE GAMES not only 2 games because if you choke during first game you're pretty much fucked.

Also this year point system fucked everything some team in BR only win during start of the year but they failed miserable after it and still got a place even after meta changed.
