English is like 80% of french but w weird pronunciation. Portuguese and French are both Latin-based languages so ofc they're quite similar. Kinda the same w Spanish or Italian, and learning those languages is pretty easy for us French as well

i know english and learned spanish in school, now i'm learning french. almost all of the vocab is the same as english or spanish (or both), and the grammar is extremely similar to spanish. it just gets easier as you learn more
