if we talking about APAC viewers, it should be Boom for indo or ASEAN viewers, ZETA/DFM for japan viewers, and T1/DRX/GENG for korean viewers

Yeah, apac is perfect.
In NA, for example, I think instead of NRG it would be KRU, which also has a lot of viewers from the Spanish and Latin American public.

But it's also difficult to choose. You have M8 and KOI, who have a huge fanbase, but it's harder for them to get people from APAC to watch their game. On the other hand, VIT or TH would watch it even if their fanbase isn't as large.

Sen and loud have the most fans, and either kru for latam or mibr for aspas would work
Fnc are a given, and vit would be great for french views and fut for turkish
Prx for sea and a shit ton of fans, t1 for kr and past trophy winner, and zeta or dfm for japan
for china honestly youre not getting much more views from the three best teams compared to two, but if you had edg and nova/blg plus a team no one expects to be there, like ag or some shit like that, then people would watch just to see why the fuck they are there
