that's interesting. i am not a pc nerd so this may be a silly question, but why has nvidia not released a card as good as the GTX 1080 Ti in 8 years that can compete with it?? what makes this card so special in particular? and how much was it on release?

in short nvidia fucked up, they made a card 1080ti and has been probably the best gpu ever released. they couldnt for a while make a card that made sense to buy over the 1080ti. also most people who use 1080ti are competitive gamers, such as CSGO, VALORANT, ROCKET LEAGUE and heavy cpu bottled games with lowest settings.

WHY don't nvidia make another card like 1080ti? because they wont ever make sales again lol, everyone would just buy the new 1080ti and never upgrade until another 1080ti comes out.

Ofc it's better price to performance than most GPUs nowadays cause it's old and cheaper now, but it was really good for it's time, insane value for it's time as well

yes, ofc both get like 700-800fps which isnt "shitting" but in other games that require my horsepower ofc ur 3080 will output but im relating to most competitive gamers that use the 1080ti.
