also you can talk about you have proof and can stop teams do that again by saying it.

And also if one org went court against it, publishing this proof on media become useless because of the law in some countries(I think korea have it)

being directly not against the rules doesnt make you completely exempt from any punishments.
If the allegation was true KR teams would have gotten any kind of punishment(even if not ban) for severe integrity violations. Just think some tards including frost are mad because kr is the riot's favorite child, not denying that but doesnt mean KR teams are scrim leaking. smh

i don't really think it's as deep as riot giving favoritism to korean teams or anything like that. but grey areas in rules like this happen all the time. if it's not explicitly stated you can easily make a case as to why it shouldn't be punished
