I do not understand GE's problem

Most of the players on this roster are so good. They would be demons on any other team not named Global Esports. Last year, the roster was bad and made up of washed pros so that made sense why they were bad. This year makes no sense. It's not even that the management is bad or toxic since most of the older players (T3xture, Monyer and all) have very good relations with the management still. The team itself has so much chemistry, you can see it in the voice comms videos. It just doesn't make sense.

It genuinely feels like they get stage jitters. I can excuse this weeks loss because of the shit surrounding it. But they jot lock in next two weeks

I think the mental and stage nerves are a big problem as well as I think the team suffered another big blow to the mental with juvenile going away and now they have elevated as head coach, which is a shift in coaching style as well as it's too much work for a singular work

everyone on this team except kr1stal and deryeon are rookies. especially patrickwho, you can see he lacks experience compared to the other players on his team.
you don't expect them to play great everytime.

Because they have a criminal on the team thus bringing bad fortune to the rest of the teammates

bad coaching but if we are being real the whole roster just recently made and its unfair to expect them so high in their first year on T1.

yeah, GE have this problem where they blow up the roster and coaching staff every year, so technically every player on the team is a rookie, and the coaching staff can’t build a solid foundation.

Hopefully, even if they don’t think champs, they keep 2-3 of the players they have now. That way you can build a foundation

but lets assume u wanna make a roster change, who do you remove? For now Patrick seems like an easy option but he's also very talented and we know everyone else is good

I think they need a good head coach

This year roster is just mid af, they doing fine 1-2 so far only lose to top 3 pacific, its okay results for a mid team

they’re all tier 2 players so it definitely has to be nerves, doesn’t help that their coaches are relatively new too. some teams adjust to it better than others but sadly GE isn’t one of them
