"worst" by what margins/value? Most people put BME on #12 in pacific because they were promoted into VCT for free, not because they were a bad team.

Being in Tier 1 doesn't mean u deserve it, half of these team in Pacific doesn't even know what ar they doing (especially SA & SEA orgs)(they only recruit players from their own country for some reason) or if not their scouting team is also dogshit
