I feel like rrq could've won if they have enough time to prac split since at that time their attack was horrendous.

it's pretty much the same as with any sport, really. You can't judge which teams are better than others from the first week of play, got to wait until near the end of the season for the standings to be accurate.
That being said, imo it's safe to say that now after RRQ and TALON built their chemistry with the new roster they seem like a contender for top 3 in pacific together with GEN and BME
