alecks is deserving, but his unwillingness to make roster changes is hurting prx, alongside the fact it's literally just him doing anti and stuff there's no assistant or analyst for the team

pretty sure that's the job of the manager of each team and not the coach, and I think PRX's manager jdfaker just left the team so apparently there is noone to assign an assistant coach for the team or make changes to the roster
