Actually the main problem of this team. Why is prx map pool as well as macro so ass? They literally had whole off season and champs as well as kickoff and another off season but how does this team just degrade day by day like this?

As for the over peeking and overaggressive problems it's crazy how they have not managed to fix it. Like edg were literally as bad as prx in like 2023 and are still worse then even prx in anti eco but they did improve their discipline and fundamental massively. Also like more than half of cn teams were as bad as prx till like last year. But somehow they improved too. But why can't prx improve? I don't think alecks even cares to fix those issue. I don't even think it's the roaster problem anymore.

What about discipline and basic fundamentals? And why do they always overcook this much with comps? Jingg will always be the scapegoat but nah alecks is a fraud. I bet that some other coaches even in pacific would have won already a trophy with this roaster internationally.

and if they can outaim which they can btw they don't need discipline

They need to have better discipline bro. It's not Cs and especially in current meta you just can't take very fight you want and just try winning duels. Why I think alecks looks like a fraud is prx had like 7-8 months of time since champs yet the don't improve at all.

map pool is not ideal . Bro i have been hearing this from past 3 years . Watch today pre match interview of alecks thats shows how fucked they are in terms of authority wise. My player talks lot we dont need more coaches bull shit

they could do that, or the minimum, that is GETTING A REAL IGL.
like goddamn. get a leader figure. this team was built by ego plays and overwhelming their opponent with mechanics.
now that their opponents are also cracked they can't do shit no more, not until they have someone with brain.

idk if we were watching the same game tbh - alecks set strats looked clean, they just don't know how to midround and because the players r good mechanically they try to force a fight for info + reclear, but end up losing because it's too aggressive

think they'd just benefit from an IGL, ik alecks catches a lot of flack but this seems a bit of a stretch from u

Yeah nvm I meant to say macro. But I don't understand why this team hasn't improved their basics till this date? Like is alecks actually scared to say anything to the players? Just beat them atp. No way cn teams with worse discipline then prx till like last year are improving far more then prx already.

again too many chefs in the kitchen lol - there's like 50 different ideas probably going off all at once, and I think sliggy described it really well as a "domino" effect: in the midround, to reclear/get info, they play aggressively and take fights since that's their strong suit. but as soon as one person dies, the rest of the team feels like they have to step up to "make the play" and then they also push into it. sometimes this works (see the round where they push sands on Fracture for instance), but most times it gives them a man disadvantage

so tldr: it's mostly the lack of calling, they need an IGL. you're right in identifying this team has star players who all excel, and they should do well, but they aren't on the same page / fundamentally play the game differently which causes most of their losses

at the end of the day tho the players are the ones who are peeking it without utility, yeah the coach can change it but its the player who has to do it and theyre so ignorant to change. they had yoru and breach to flash that last round even omen but no. its an IGL issue and them thinking they can get away with just dry swinging it

Na its coach fault because he can not able to change team He can not see whats ahead him from last year . Geng talon changed their team base on kickoff performance . and you saying coach can not do anything

sure he can change the team they rlly need an igl to micromanage them badly. but i guarantee they wont like it. they wont want to be micromanaged but theyll get no where without it bcos theyre just lost

T1 and DRX, Improved their coaching staff drastically since last year, they added more people and now dominating Pacific VCT.
