vyse is balanced, fuck tejo though they need to nerf him harder

Vyse is balanced good stall util on def with just 1 flank util unlike cypher or kj who have multiple flank util
yeah i would say vyse is not that op if compared to tejo, it's kinda strong tho
Vyse is not balanced... $600 for her whole kit, 20s stall with the thorns and she can flash every 20s

fuck it, give him 3 missiles and half the amount of orbs needed for his ult
