Help, My brother’s Account got hacked

Hi, so My brother s account got hacked. He was watching kydae’s stream where she usually has these 3rd party QR where if you scan it, it takes you to another link. But the hacker/scammer actually replaced the QR and was streaming on yt( he created a fake channel under her name, I know it’s easily recognizable but my brother is like rly young and he already had a pretty good skins which I bought him).
