they're an org that basically focuses on talent development. it's how they look like they have a fuck ton of money as an organization. they go really deep into developing cheap talent on their team and academies and then sell them off with buyouts. the insane thing is that it fucking works and they're successful in almost every game they've ever invested into

they went buck-wild in Crossfire. I'm not sure about their other rosters (don't follow those games) but in Crossfire they had multiple teams, academies, etc. look at their liquipedia 💀
