YES and this is only going to be a bigger problem for the game as time goes on if riot continues to drop agents that have fucking world-ending utility like Tejo or Breach.

no because at the end of the day theres only 5 heros at a time

a astra raze killjoy breach sova comp was possible years ago, and thats a fuck load of utility

rounds might be decided by utility, but its not because theres too much, theres other factors
