T1 were underdogs in bangkok because they had to beat teams that clearly looked better than them, all the first seeds looked better than the second seeds and DRX looked like the weakest first seed by far, t1 themselves played poorly until that game against trace, thats why they were underdogs.
TH are last years grandfinalists and came 3rd in kickoff, they should not be underdogs, they should be active contenders for spot in toronto alongside BBL and FUT for that third spot.
XLG played incredibly well in chinese kickoff, almost beating EDG before they had awoken as a team. XLG, BLG and Nova should be the biggest teams in contention for that third spot alongside
