This team needs both a dedicated IGL and controller
either Kicks or Sayf go full controller, or both of them will be kicked for one (maybe just one of them if they get one controller IGL)
theyre both uncomfortable on that role and overlapping themselves and is not working anymore
sayf likely needs to get out of igl

edit: just being clear one of them needs to get on controller and they might need to try a new igl (inside the team), dont kick anyone now (only if they dont work this out)
