Has anyone else played these?

I’m currently playing the futanari series on steam and I’m currently on futanari doctor, has anyone else played this in stuck at the examination.

The scene starts with a 6’8 patient on the exam table and I’m supposed to do like a check up on them but I cannot figure out how to get the Futa part on. I’ve tried interacting with all the tools and body parts (all of them) but I’m clearly missing something so if anyone could help it would be appreciated.
