Recently, Riot CEO Dylan Jadeja has been going on a generational run of terrible business decisions. Essentially, he removed free Hextech Chests (gives free skins), he also removed free Champion Capsules which make it really hard for new players to unlock champions they want to play. Oh yeah he also made a stupid gacha system that charges like 250 for a decent skin
