Only Players that are better than Trent in the Americas region are:

This is not because of the performace in the americas kickoff tournament. He has been consitently really good for a long time. He was crazy good and underrated even in GUARD.

In my opinion he is the most underrated players of all time.
This list is not based only by performances in The Americas kick-off.
