bro this was 2 weeks ago

i still stand on my position tho, edg might have won a tournament but the rest of the region is worse than all of emea (minus 1st place of vit) imo

amer has 5-6 teams that just suck, but in pacific even the bottom teams can compete. only one team would get consistently ran over and thats zeta and even then zeta would beat the fuck out of 2g

in amer u have 2g, furia, lev, mibr, c9, eg who are just shit

pacific doesnt have a g2/vit/edg but they still have teams that can be competitive without the bottom half of the league getting ran over

D1 lev hater

I would consider boom, ge, ts and tln on the same level or below

boom nearly 2-0ed t1, rrq nearly beat geng and they dropped a map to secret who lost to global and so forth. theres not a clear line anywhere where the region drops in quality

also i think all those 4 teams would 2-0 2game

Yeah but 2g is ultra dogshit contending for worst team in val

either way i think the bottom half of apac is better than bottom half of amer, and i believe the opposite for the top halves. so in internationals amer will be better but in regionals youll see a lot more competition in apac

Decent take! Itโ€™s a shame Pacific is unlikely to win a trophy this year though.

Pacific is really top heavy, after the top 4 everyone is kinda ass, emea has that same problem but itโ€™s the whole region

I definitely disagree, 3/4 of the region is decent, but no teams are good enough to win a major and the rest are shit

lets look at who is most likely to contend for a trophy rn:

Amer:
G2 (Likely)
Nrg (maybe)
Sen (maybe)
Loud (stretch)

Emea:
Th (Good chance)
Vit (Hot take, not that likely)
Fnc (stretch)

Cn:
Edg (decent chance)
Te (stretch)

Pac:
T1 (decent chance)
Geng (maybe)
Prx (mayyybeee)
Drx (stretch)
Ge (guaranteed)

Would say that Amer is the most top heavy, but has a lot of really punchy mid teams. Emea has a bunch that are good, but not quite world tier. Cn basically just has edg and maybe te with everyone else as bottom feeders, and pac is pretty heavy, but most teams are either international level or looking like bottom feeders

APAC has a lot more "nice" teams at the top than other regions, but there isn't a really strong team like NA has with G2 and EMEA has with TH and VIT.
