such an L company, literally 0 care about valorant except for selling the same skins on different guns every time and redesigning the same finisher (new neptune has the exact same finisher as prelude) and 0 fixes about the cheater problem in ranked

The Prelude bundles finisher idea was good it makes sense for an octopus to garb u and takew u in sea for a swim on a sea bundle , I DONT SEE THE PROBLEM with it
the concept is cool but the problem is reusing designs + an anchor falling on the body would be 10x more fitting
RIOT release the skin after Shangri-La Frontier aired the Ctarnidd of the Abyss episode. Surely can't be a coincidence.
imo we need aemondir 2.0 it might have a terrible design and looks like ur holding a brick but it has the best sounds in game
idk a lot of the recent skins are pretty similar/just a mesh of previous skins, with just slightly different looks. It's really starting to feel like a cash grab or just low effort in general
I think it's kinda warranted sometimes
Not really for just the skins thing, that's a different department
But in general they're just not how they used to be. If I were to compare them the old Riot devs were similar to how the Marvel Rivals devs are now, constant fresh updates, super responsive and even willing to walk back on changes instantly. Nowadays all the 'content' we get in the game itself is skins + agents + the occasional map. Things like the replay system are in development but look how long it's taken (and likely will take). What about stuff like more gamemodes? Custom servers? Community maps? etc... At their current pace Riot would take years to start and develop those things, and that's only if they're interested.
I think Riot have become complacent, they make hella money with skins so they're not really incentivised to improve the player experience. I've heard a former Riot dev even say that they're moving devs away from Val to go work on another project.
By no means is the game 'dying' but it is becoming sort of stale imo.
oh that makes sense. I guess I just don't care for all that stuff. I just like the skins rotation and grinding ranked. I like the agent meta right now too.
what are we even gonna do about it? stop playing? no. we're too deep into this shit
how much have u spent on valo bc after a certain amount it doesnt hurt as much buying a knife or bundle
No offence but if you don't like it don't buy it at some point there aren't many ideas for skins left and we've gotten to that point already there really isn't a need to won every skin anyway idk why people are so obsessed with that idea
