aim training isn't supposed to be a warm up its training
its like how you wouldn't go to the gym before a match would you
do it after or when ur not playing
i remember when i first started aim training, my aim was so bad afterwards when DMing (because i aim trained so much first) that i had a mental breakdown

Immo3, 105 Matches this Act, 1.23 KD - 41% HS. I use KovaaKs to warmup for 10 minutes and thats it.
There's a difference between warmup and aim training. Warmup should be quick and broad. Aim training should be a lot more focused and high-intensity, so you should do it after a game in order to not get fatigued during a game.
i thought it was better to do it before ur games is there any reason its better after?
If you aim train before your ranked games, you'll get fatigued faster + there will be a mental factor every time you miss a shot (everyone can miss shots even gods themselves) but you, you'll be like "oh how can I miss it ? I just aim trained, I should be more focused I should be more this more that ..." and that will lead to missing even more shots.
As the other comments suggest, do a fast warmup team/solo deathmatches or range bots then hop in your ranked games.
The aim train routine should either be after you end your session or in another part of the day (but not before your ranked session).
Demon1 doesn't even use the aim routine lol he just threw a few scenarios together for a video

Join Voltaic's discord and check resources channel. I really like mini's micro playlist though its a bit harder. Cartoon's playlist is great overall. You can use ramp for warmup and so on.
