is ranked in other regions also this bad?

For the past like two months i've been playing maybe 2 games a week, and almost everytime I play i get a player who either 1. throws the game or 2. gets super tilted and just tries to start arguing with everyone. It's gotten especially bad recently. im in ascendant elo in EU. It's just not a fun time especially when that 1 raging player ruins the team mental

i think its a domino effect which is why it seems to be getting worse and worse

this is what happens when a game balances and caters around comp players instead of the casual players makes ranked unplayable and the ranked players are still miserable cause they are ranked players they will never be happy

yeah ranked is in the dumpster. All of the chill/nice people left
