NaThanD had been with FPX since the 2023 season, overseeing the organization's first year of franchising as a Chinese organization after making a name for itself as a European giant that once housed the likes of SUYGETSU , ardiis , and ANGE1 .

FPX's maiden season as a Chinese team got off to a rocky start, with a first-round elimination at LOCK//IN São Paulo their first step. After finishing third in the Champions China Qualifier, they qualified for Champions 2023, where they were swiftly eliminated in the group stage.
