I don't think roles are the issue I just think that if they really wanna w gaming they need to hard commit and form plans around it rather than half-assing it
lowkey get a coach and make him purely strat the team while alecks works on other fundamentals

wasnt it already clear as everyone got better at val prx's style would get worse and worse. i think we might be seeing it.

but i srsly believe that jing is holding them back. one tricking isnt viable in such a diverse meta and it srsly isnt that difficult to learn a new agent at least 1 in the past year

If prx can copy what trace does with Kai and fengf then it is indeed the best solution similar to what you are suggesting. But prx need to change their playstyle a bit and have a more dedicated igl I think.
