the current franchised teams don't properly utilize T2 talent like korea does. TLN, TS, and PRX all stayed the same while RRQ made a change.
compare that to the KR teams who all took the gamble on signing upcoming T2 talent to overhaul their teams instead of just stagnating.
it's not a matter of Riot prioritizing KR imo, since SEA has always had more slots even now, it's the sea teams not willing to make major changes to actually try to win.
and now that T2 sea is getting killed by Riot, they might not even have a chance to catchup anymore
