Problem of Brazilian teams

At least here in Brazil, we believe that the players are very good mechanically and individually, but we lack good coaches and igls.
Furia and MIBR are 2 great examples, they are 2 teams with good players mechanically but they are DUMB, HAVOC, KHALIL AND MWZERA ARE DUMB, they don't know when to play together, to stop looking for exchanges of shots, they are just dumb.
Brazilian Valorant lacks intelligent players, no wonder Brazil's biggest successes were with non-Brazilians in tactics (saadhak and fr0d).
And this becomes clearer when we see EG, mechanically it is not a team that fights at the top, but the tactic is very strong and that is why they can go head to head.
In short, if the tactics don't improve, if new igls and coaches don't come, Brazil will continue to fail.

I firmly believe that the problem with Brazilian teams is the VCT format. Four teams are destined to play two games and then have no tournaments until March.
Even worse, FURIA has been without an official tournament SINCE JULY.
There's also the visa factor—they arrived in NA while the tournament was already underway and probably barely managed to practice with NA teams. It's impossible to improve without consistent practice.

These are big problems, I agree, but it still doesn't explain why they play so dumb
