I know this maybe is not the best type of site for this type of topic but why not

Ive always been kinda of the fat dude but at the same time some muscels behind all that fat so ive been skinny fat pretty much so ive decided to start going to the gym and have been doing that the past 7 months (started in June) and im pretty happy with my progress

Age:14
Height:175cm
Bodyweight:73KG

Bench:65KG ( im working on getting body weight bench)
Deadlift 105KG
Squat 100KG (i dont like to train leg)
Bicep curls: 10KG (i dont have a 1 rep curl i just do 10kg for around 9-10 reps)

I obviously wont show my body but i really like my chest, biceps, triceps and shoulder compared from half a year ago

14 y/o benching 135 is jusy crazy, gj

Not sure how you do curls but i like to pair my normal curls with hammer curls and the one where you lay down on bench (dont remember name) and just do them with minimal breaks, back 2 back, gets the biceps pumped

getting into going to the gym at a young age is a great thing to do to help your health throughout the years
