Ive always been kinda of the fat dude but at the same time some muscels behind all that fat so ive been skinny fat pretty much so ive decided to start going to the gym and have been doing that the past 7 months (started in June) and im pretty happy with my progress

Height:175cm
Bodyweight:73KG
Bench:65KG ( im working on getting body weight bench)
Deadlift 105KG
Squat 100KG (i dont like to train leg)
Bicep curls: 10KG (i dont have a 1 rep curl i just do 10kg for around 9-10 reps)
I obviously wont show my body but i really like my chest, biceps, triceps and shoulder compared from half a year ago
