With his disrespectful behaviour with a twitch streamer, why haven't riot already banned his valorant account?

Didn't Riot issued some notice that they'll be strict with everyone, especially who streams.

I wish that 3rd copy of Subroza and wannabe ishowspeed is removed from my feed and Valorant CC community

Of all the things I heard he got banned for watching a discord meme on stream, rather than his disrespectful behaviour with the female streamer lol.
