need stats help

so im building a discord bot for 10 man queues, for the weekly leaderboard which parameters should I consider like kills KDA acs etc? honestly I know very little about this so i'd appreciate any help you can give

edit: after a lot of postponing and procrastinating, I finally built the first version of the bot i want to test it by playing a custom game so if anyone's interested dm me it will really help me out!

I would say if you want to be as fair as possible to every role Avg Damage per round(ADR) should be your main stat followed by ACS , KAST nd then the rest

i play on mumbai/singapore server . if you can manage bringing players of your server you all can test.
