Neon was still picked on Fracture pre-buff (I think Victor on Optic popularized it). She could still see some play, but I think Raze will be the main priority. Maybe Phoenix with his buffed wall?
phnx neon would be insane if you think about neon can take space for phnx orbs and you basically play 6v5 the entire game
I reckon we'll see some experimentation with Yoru
i dont see it i think neon raze and phnx clear but some teams like solo yoru so we might see it
