Banger game. We will be there. This will be the fifth time they meet face to face this year. So far the score is 2-2/6-6, it doesn't get any more even than this.
Both were in the top 3 teams of 2024 but with massive changes in their rosters now.

i think specifically the geng vs sen matchup all time does favor sen for now, as sen won the finals of madrid and the match to kick out geng in champs, but geng obviously had a better year

if we get a lot more of these teams in 2025 we might find our newgen optic loudge

I think a lot of people forgot how good Foxy9 was on during Stage 1 when he was playing senti. Like genuinely, he has a lot of talent. Yoman's also an upgrade to Lakia (I love Lakia, but his fragging was underwhelming). And with SEN's role issues, I think Gen.G might win this one.

You never know, not saying he can be as good as Meteor, but give him some time. I mean, we all generally thought about Meteor the same way before this year. That he was a super inconsistent player with high peaks and low lows. Just give Foxy some time to at least prove himself.

meteor is also old while foxy9 is young so he has more room to develop

sen didnt upgrade, even tho sacys firepower might be lesser than n4rrate, and bang is a sidegrade from tenz, i think sacys presence was felt as a veteran which the 2024 sen team needed

i hope theyre able to sort the roles out as well, and have the comms be as fluid as they were last year with a bunch of younger kids on the roster

also, meteor is obviously the best senti in APAC, probably top 2 in the world with benjy, but yoman >> lakia IMO, and if foxy9 finds his footing we can see what happens
I dont trust fox9 after 2 years of failing though, but hopefully he proves me wrong

They upgraded wrt firepower is what i meant and tbh i think the absence of meteor will hit geng hard as a truck

This will be the first time this year sen faces against them without tenz and sacy. Feels like a completely different team 😔

If Zellsis played well Sen have always on against GENG. Lets see what happens, N4rrate and zekken might just 2v5 them but you never know. Sen should be a favourite in this match by like 60/40 considering the map pool as well. GENG is better than Sen only in Ascent I think and maybe Abyss, in any other map Sen should be a favourite. Bind might be a tossup, but still I would be surprised if GENG win Split or any neon maps like Haven, Sunset and Pearl against Sen.
