get rid of all the junk and trash food and stock up on good shit i am eating fruits and dry fruits while watching because am an stress eater but i do have to admit am addicted to caffeine so i still have to work on that
This might be bad advice but I started doing activities that essentially required my full attention like reading a book or like trying to really focus hard that I forgot about snacking but the thing is as soon as that activity ends I go back snacking so dunno how effective it is
