why?

i'm genuinely confused how the matchmaking works. i had 5 win streaks then i got put in gold lobby (i'm plat 3 btw) where nobody in my team can't shoot or hear steps direction. i dont blame them for the bad crosshair placement, atleast they should know where the enemies are based on the steps. now i got demoted to plat 1 and stuck like hell eveytime i won thrice i got put in that heavenly stupid team. i'm trying not to blame and told them where the steps coming from but they scream back at me to shut up lol like do you even want to win this game and promote? then i create new account, got to diamond 1 just in a week. is there minus merit for accounts that got reported so they put the same lower merit account together in 1 team? i can't fathom the logic behind what's going on with my first account

High mmr is cool and works as intended but low mmr is just the game begging you to uninstall at all times
