wat doing
his aim was shit at the end of the map cuz he already lost his confidence because of dying on weird positions on astra simply because he doesnt know how to get kills with that agent and was on a shit kd by the half of the map and that shut him down, it doesnt help much that drx is the one shitting on him too given that they are all better individually and its harder to win 1vs1´s against them to recover his mental
tbf, astra is a hard agent if you only use them once or twice. That's why most secondary controllers only play viper or omen. So it's normal for a player to lose confidence in a off role especially a hard agent like astra and neon. Besides the reason to pick up foxy9 is because he did well in a sentinel role and he can also play duelist if they ever needed a double dive comp which used to be meteor role. So I don't know why they even put foxy9 in smokes.
This is his first time playing Astra against the top-level teams and he only ever played Astra in ranked 15 times/ 8 hours of gameplay total for the past 4+ years of val. So how can you expect him to master them in a short amount of time while also practising other agent. Remember he only got signed a month ago, and chances are geng started practicing this comp recently since previously they put him on cypher rather than astra.
His agent pool consists mostly of fast execs or flank agents. While Astra can flank, he never really plays a conventional smoke role. So, he is basically forced to learn new stuff to accommodate Astra. For a new player like him, I'll take time since he needs to understand the timing, which takes away from his aim and overall awareness. Besides even in ranked the only smoke he played more than 20 hours total is omen and viper which is basically a sentinel and a fast execs agent. So this is really new for him
