well Athan, previously leviathan, was notorious as DRX’s best prospect along with flashback, he just turned 18 less than a month ago so he wasn’t able to play. HYUNMIN on the other hand was unexpected, but looking at him even in tier 3, he was really good individually.
Hyunmin was not unexpected. Every jp pro that talks about him has been saying that he's a monster. Even amongst young upcoming kr talents he's known as by far the best shooter and it's not even close
Athan has been a acad player for drx so we havent seen him play a lot of officials and hyunmin just debuted in tier 2 kr this year and his team was eliminated pretty fast but he was a mega guy putting up unseen numbers which is why drx picked him up. he is comparable to something on sengoku.
