VCT GC is honestly just bad gameplay. Watched one half, so many mistakes, every round, both teams were making fundamental mistake including, not timing util, not swinging together, overheating, not playing time, wasting ults, just bad whiffs. I can see why people say that people who keep playing GC even though they are a tier ahead (ie. flor) will not see improvement, since they will just aim diff everyone.

MIBR wasn't even that bad. Other teams were just better. MIBR still best C9 G2 and EG (beat SEN & NRG)

MIBR was that bad. I would easily bet on t2 brazil/na rosters comfortably 2-0 and 2-1ing them.

being the worst in t1 means youre worse than the best in t2, but thats just my personal opinion

How is it weird? Its the truth, if the goal of players is to eventually reach T1, playing in GC is no good. Am I supposed to jump up and down in joy every time a game happens. Have you never heard of constructive criticism. People who speak like you always like to act like we live in a perfect world but its good to hear stuff we dont want to hear sometimes. Try it

it will take a long, LONG time for any gc teams to compete consistently at a tier 2 level

however there are individual gc players that could hold their own and eventually make it, which i hope eventually happens more often

They can for sure, but they need to stop competing in GC. GC is a place for people who are on the come up, if you are topping GC consistently (SR), there is no reason to keep farming.
