If you noticed his pattern of throwing, its very minor simple basic mistakes he does. And he does them a lot.
He's like a Tier 1.5 player. Not ready for Tier 1 Internationally and makes same mistakes from Tier 2.
Dumb mistakes = leads to death = leads to team losing, especially if you're a star duelist on the team.

i'd say Tier 1.25 the mistakes are apparent but it also goes without saying he's from T2, he has the mechanical aim and skill to hang with the best of them
