How i would fix neon (nerf her, but not at unusable level)

Remove 100% accuracy while sliding, revert it to as it was before, it was fine
ULT points 7>8, broken in ranked matches
Increase price of slide 150>200/250
Decrease the travel speed of the Relay Bolt

But if riot decide to put an end to this madness, they could :

Reduce the number of slides from 2 > 1, or keep it at 2 but make it non-rechargeable
Decrease fuel recharge speed by 25%

makes her somewhat clunky without addressing the toxic parts of her kit. I would revert both the slide and strafe changes because it makes her way too good at dueling and completely breaks the ult. other than that I think she is fine, really good but not obnoxious

when looking at neon holistically it feels like her issues comes not from the entry ability but their incredible potential to isolate duels and snowball off of that, the slide nerf is something that has been enabling that playstyle allowing for close to no risk swings and taking that away makes her reliant on the stun to win a gunfight, something that she only has one of now. the vertical strafe is just a minor qol change that minimizes some of her toxic elements with jumppeaks that are impossible to contest and make the ult easier to hit

Alternatively just don’t give her slides a recharge and it fixes like 99% of the problems with her rn

she isnt even that good plus she takes a while to master plus the duelist class is finally somewhat healthy
