Im confused

BBL esport is playing and BBL PCFIC is also playing is BBL PCFIC GC or what (if u cant tell i dont watch turkish games)

I guess both are under BBL org

BBL PCFIC is the academy team but they are honestly probably better than actual BBL

BBL and PCFIC agreed to make pcfic into an affiliate team, it is not techincally an academy team but you can think of it as such

BBL PCFIC (BCF) are BBL's affiliate team. BBL and PCF have a partnership as orgs which is BCF

btw Academy team ≠ Affiliate team

Bbl bought pcfc so the players are playing under bbl name

They can both play because they are only affiliated, not partnered.
What this means is that BBL doesn't profit if BCF win and vice versa.
Therefore noone stands to profit if they were to help eachother win (throw for brackets etc)
So they are good to go!
