I mean eg was one of the few orgs that actually invested in a mix roster back then. And even gave potter a chance as a coach for franchise even though she couldn't bring good results before franchise so i would understand why she would stay.

i'd think it would be the other way around, they give stock as compensation because she's the coach

I highly doubt other coaches are getting stock compensation unless it's some scam where their only compensation is in the form of stocks.
