I probably should stop caring as well and just dump everything in random spots

you should stay organized tbh life is much simpler that way. I just feel lethargic to clean my room and that has fucked me over a lot when i cant find shit.

Usually people with OCD want the things to be perfect and structured if anyone interfere their things they don't like it they just want everything to be perfect.
But there is no need to be perfect and no human can be perfect so it's completely fine if you fk up things you don't need to be perfect.

Well I guess yeah, just the worry that I didn't do something I need to do and the anxiety of what will happen if not done. I'm trying to not give into the urge and just thinking there's nothing to worry about or something.

friend had this and what he did was REALLY forcefully tell himself NO at the top of his lungs and violently yank his body to bed and force himself to sleep before more thoughts would flood

good temporary solution for him at least, turned permanent after like half a year

That's what I'm trying to do, just tell myself NO, it works sometimes but sometimes still give into the urge to check things.

idk what the feeling is but sometimes you just feel motivated (like a very abrupt rush) to just suppress everything

try replicating that by flooding your head first with different thoughts, preferably just, "NONONONONONO" like you have generational trauma or sum shit 💀

Pack the bag
Go to school/shop/park
10 minutes later
Did I close the door?
Scariest level I can imagine Is when you have a child. Was this coughing just a cough or sudden death? Is it cold? Did I feed it? Is everything good with your hearing/sight?
