No team has ever done this I think this would be smart bc there are many good turkish t2 players that would be cheap.

TLN could kick Governor for a better turkish player

If I were to guess he's considered an NA import considering he is Korean-American and he played in NA until this year.

Gmail is allowed but any "online storage" websites like Drive are blacklisted. It's probably a secrecy thing, because then theoretically anyone can access confidential information, screenshot/copy, and then keep on Drive

I believe so, he chose APAC to be able to join TLN so he is an APAC player now, can’t change it

honestly, pacific teams other than like geng and drx should just invest in international rosters with imports. National talent pools have a very low ceiling in pacific and most teams dont have the tine/resources to develop that talent (except talon and maybe ts). Plus players like jemkin, rossy, something, and kr1stal looked really good in pacific compared to how they would look in their home regions
