region development is a thing buddy. CS might not do it because they always have the same 8 teams in a big event, but VALORANT gives minor regions to grow and show the world.

Just make every team from every region play the qualifiers in one place. For example teams should play qualifiers in their own regions and the qualified teams should play in a bigger qualifier(every team will travel to EU for example) where region doesnt matter anymore, and the best teams from there will go to the major. (This way minor regions can still grow)

Fax at least not in the biggest event of the year. Hopefully next year all events (Masters) are LAN so they actually have world rankings for teams so only the top 16 of the world play in the Champions not the top of their own region
