A lot of turkish T2 players are getting signed, yet no PCF players have been signed....have people forgotten those same T2 talents that are being signed, were getting smashed by PCF all year round? I know the 3 best players arent eligible but they could be a Wo0t type signing... and rose would definitely be an IGL upgrade for a lot of teams

Loita and Larok can't play at all next season they only turn 18 during next off season and Comeback can't play until June. Woot's birthday was in March, it's different.
Rose could have been an option but IGL is a tough spot, RobbieBk has been the only EMEA tier 2 IGL to get picked up I believe. Although there's still a chance BBL picks him up
And Celasun there's just better sentinels
Lewn is also only 17 and he got picked up by BBL so thats no excuse
KOI signed a T2 Americas IGL that didnt make it to ascension and Liquid are putting Nats on IGL duties for the 1st time just to sign mid ass players. A chance could have definitely been taken on Rose

Brother I recommend you check Liquidpedia for birthdays. Lewn turns 18 next month, that is not the same than turning 18 in June September and November of next year like the other 3.
And as I said with Rose sure, I'm not trying to justify if he should have or shouldn't have but you asked why he didn't get a chance and the reason is no IGL has gotten a chance at all, it's not a Rose thing
