2G and XLG are already in downfall with spike and Kr1stal not able to play
Kaajak also leaving Apeks
They all just lost their one of the bests

Someone said it in forums, it was leaked(?) by some latam player that if a team ascends and have a player 17 years of age then they can play him but if someone new is to be signed then he must be 18.
(All this was posted by someone else, don't ask me for the source)
